We provide WhatsApp automation tools for restaurants and cloud kitchens, including ordering flows, broadcasts, notifications, and integrations with third-party systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of a business and comply with applicable laws and platform policies, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not send spam or unauthorized marketing
• Respect user consent and opt-out requests
• Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services

5. Billing & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refunds Policy. Taxes may apply.

6. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws for your customers’ data.

7. Integrations & Third Parties

We may integrate with third-party systems (e.g., POS, payments). We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and software of the Company are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use our services as provided.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of your billing period.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Company’s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
