Subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts, except where required by law.

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial end to avoid charges.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We may consider refunds in cases of duplicate charges, proven service outage, or billing errors. Contact billing@poonamtechnology.com within 14 days.
